The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. the hotel’s location was perfect, right in front of the plaza, offering easy access to nearby restaurants and stores. the cleanliness of the room was impressive, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for our city break.

The air conditioning in our room didn't cool as efficiently as desired, prompting maintenance to check it. It may benefit from additional maintenance to improve functionality.

City center location opposite cathedral and close to museum. "Industrial design" is unique and liked it. Small balcony. Asian breakfast ok. Organized taxi to Boracay. Super clean room, although small. Helpful staff. Location ok. Free airport shuttle within specified time.
