I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms at Hayahay. They were much bigger than I expected, providing ample space for me and my companions. The bathrooms were also exceptionally clean, with hot and cold showers that were not sea water. I appreciated the convenience of having cabinets and drawers in the room for storage. The hotel's location right on the beachfront was ideal, allowing for easy access to the beautiful Alona Beach. Additionally, the staff were efficient and helpful during my stay. I also enjoyed having the terrace area all to ourselves and the sampayan outside each room was a clever and convenient feature. The size of the bed was comfortable, and I was pleased that there was wifi available throughout the resort. Lastly, having a restaurant on the first floor was convenient for grabbing a quick meal.

Spent Christmas at this beachfront hotel. Really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the daily cleaning service. the restaurant had great meals and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby eateries and minimarts. the friendly staff is a real plus and always make you feel welcome.

While the hotel location is central, the high prices can be a turnoff. noise from the surrounding area can be heard in the room, which can make it difficult to get to sleep.
