The room was great! The bathroom was the best with the big tub! The shower was great too-water pressure perfect. The buffet was fantastic-choices of food. The bellboys were quick to help with our luggages. Checking in was easy and the staff were friendly and approachable. The pool access from our room was a great bonus. The staff at Henann Lagoon were honest and accommodating when I lost my Apple watch. The two pools provided variety, with the smaller pool being quieter. The room was clean and we had no problems during our stay.
