We had a wonderful stay at Herald Suites Polaris. the hotel was cozy and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the location was ideal, close to the Irish Consulate and within walking distance of Makati CBD and several malls. the interior decor of the hotel was elegant, giving it a high-end feel. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice big flat screen TV. We also appreciated the option for late check out and the ability to store our luggage after check out.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our group of friends. We were able to easily explore the vibrant nightlife in the Poblacion area, with its numerous bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Additionally, being close to the Makati business center was convenient for us.

We did notice a slight issue with the bathroom. The shower seemed to flood the floor each time any of us used it, which was a bit inconvenient.

The complimentary drinks and the chocolate on the pillows were a nice touch. the location was convenient, being close to shopping and restaurants. Another advantage was the size of the room, which was spacious enough for our family of four.

It seemed like the same food was served every day. the pillows were too hard and uncomfortable, which affected our sleep quality.

The location was perfect for me, with lots of food options around and a great view of the skyline from my room on the 6th floor. The staff was very attentive and accommodating, and my room with a kingsize bed was just what I booked. The amenities were basic but everything I needed was there, including a nice big flat screen TV at the perfect distance from the bed. The breakfast was also great and had a good selection of food.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location near Filling Station and the clubs we wanted to visit. The room was comfortable and had a charming aesthetic reminiscent of "Bridgerton". The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
