The hosts were amazing and made us feel like part of the family. the restaurant had a cozy and rustic atmosphere with a stunning sunset view. the menu had a great selection of dishes, including mouth-watering beef rendang and delicious Laksa. the food was exceptional, with many of the ingredients coming from their smallholding. the value for money was fantastic. the cottage we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful balcony and hammock for enjoying the sunset. the hosts were welcoming and friendly, serving us delicious breakfasts and providing us with local wine. the secluded location added to the charm, and the fairy lights on the path made it easy to find our way at night.

The steps up the hill to the cottage were steep, which may be difficult for some guests. However, the cold beer and beautiful food at the bar and restaurant at the top made it worth the climb.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the stunning wooden terrace-restaurant with its amazing view of the valley and sea. The owners, Meg and Richard, along with their lovely barmaid/waitress Mercy, were incredibly kind and hospitable. The food was delicious and the cocktails were top-notch. Our tent was cute and spacious, and the outdoor shower and toilets added to the authentic experience. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.

During our stay at Hidden Valley, we were blown away by the stunning views and the peaceful atmosphere. The wooden terrace-restaurant overlooking the valley and sea was truly a paradise. The owners, Meg and Richard, along with their barmaid/waitress Mercy, showed us immense kindness and provided exceptional service. The food was delicious and the cocktails were a hit. Our tent was spacious and charming, and the outside shower and toilets were clean and authentic. We didn't want to leave and regretted not staying an additional day. We will definitely be coming back to this hidden gem. Just go and experience it for yourself!

The cottages are clean, new and offer breathtaking sunset views. The landscape is beautiful. Quiet split aircon and hot shower with good pressure. Peaceful, calm and relaxing atmosphere. The small resto/bar run by Meg and Richard serves the best food around. Meg's mastery of spice and flavor is evident in the delicious dishes. The owners and staff are friendly, caring, and hands-on. They make you feel like family. Richard provides great suggestions for places to visit and is interested in what you want to see. The owners go above and beyond to ensure guests' satisfaction. Great customer service.

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the nature surrounding the hotel. The sounds of the animals at night created a fantastic atmosphere. Another highlight was the comfy bed in our spacious tent. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Additionally, the breakfast at the small and lovely restaurant with an ocean view was great. We enjoyed starting our day with such a beautiful setting.

The only downside was the lack of nearby amenities. The hotel was secluded, which made it difficult to access other places on the island without a motorcycle.
