Hilton Clark offers a typical Hilton style with nice decor, spacious rooms, and excellent facilities. the staff in the executive lounge are helpful and accommodating. the hotel provides a free shuttle to the SM Mall, making it convenient for event or business travelers.

High price, isolated location.

As foreign tourists, we absolutely loved the relaxed and hassle-free atmosphere of the resort. The staff members were incredibly hospitable and always ready to address our concerns. We were delighted to find numerous Korean establishments catering to our love for Korean food and vibes. The 5-star hotel accommodation was a must-try, delivering top-notch service, comfortable rooms, and delicious food. The pictures advertised matched our expectations perfectly, and we were impressed by the consistency and quality of the brand.

We felt very well looked after, without any complaints whatsoever.

The food was enjoyable and had a wonderful flavor. the staff was always considerate and fulfilled requests promptly. A great feature of the hotel was the clean and well-maintained indoor and outdoor play areas for children.

The shower area was overly slippery and hazardous. My family members and I encountered multiple falls, which was not only painful but also very concerning for our safety.

The location was relaxing and not crowded, with hospitable staff and a variety of Korean establishments. The staff members went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, with special arrangements for a birthday celebration. Fast check-in and check-out services, a good breakfast buffet, and a pool and play area for children were also appreciated.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the pool area was perfect for our family, with plenty of sun loungers and cabanas. the breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a satisfying variety of high, quality dishes. We especially enjoyed the state, of, the, art coffee station. the staff were hospitable and quick to respond to our requests.

The only minor issue we encountered was the high cost of the delicious cuisine. it did reflect the exclusive amenities available at this hotel, including an outdoor and indoor play area for our son.

The location of the Olive restaurant at this hotel is fantastic. With a beautiful view of the Sun Valley scenery, guests can enjoy their meals while taking in the natural surroundings. Additionally, the bathroom fixtures in the room are of high quality, including Hansgrohe fittings, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience.

There can be long queues at the check-in counter, so it is advisable to arrive early to minimize waiting time.

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort. Despite minor issues such as a long check-in queue and a room with defective lighting fixtures, the hotel management promptly addressed the situation and even upgraded me to a bigger room.
