As a bigger group of friends, we were delighted with the clean and comfortable rooms, complete with a cozy bed and a convenient working area. The presence of a 7-Eleven shop right downstairs was a huge plus. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to the light rail station and the promenade made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area.

As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the fact that the hotel was conveniently located near various facilities and amenities. It was within walking distance to the church, restaurants, and the baywalk. Additionally, important institutions such as immigrations, DFA, PRC, and LTO were also nearby. The 24-hour 7/11 convenience store right next door was also a great convenience. Lastly, the staff at the hotel were very approachable and kind, always greeting guests with a smile.

I recently stayed at Hop Inn Hotel in Ermita and I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and the affordable price. The room was comfortable with new linens and towels, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The provided water bottles and the hand sanitizer dispensers in the lobby and elevator were a nice touch. a great stay!

We also liked that our room had a safe for our valuables.
