The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The complimentary graduation cake was a pleasant surprise for my son. The Club room provided access to the 19th floor lounge, offering a fantastic view of the harbor and Roxas Boulevard, especially during sunset. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes.

During our stay at Jen Manila, we were impressed with the hotel's modern and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. On our first day, my husband accidentally left his cellphone in a cab, and the hotel staff helped us locate the cab company and arrange for its retrieval. The hotel's security measures made us feel safe and secure, with a metal detector, X-ray conveyor belt, and police presence during check-in. The 24-hour coffee house was a highlight, offering a great selection of delicious food and coffee. We also took advantage of the laundry service, which returned our clothes clean, smelling great, and perfectly pressed. The pool area on the 3rd floor was gorgeous, with comfortable lounge chairs and refreshing amenities. we loved our stay at Jen Manila and highly recommend it.

The view from the swimming pool and some areas of the hotel was not as picturesque as expected, due to nearby construction sites. However, this did not negatively impact my overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is great as it is near the city center and the boulevard. Despite being on a busy road, it was easy for me to call for a taxi to go to the airport. The staff here are the best, always ready to help with quick and prompt service. The amenities provided in the room were impressive, from the flat-screen TV, mini-bar, to the in-room safe and air conditioning. Moreover, I found the sauna, swimming pool and fitness center to be a great way to relax and rejuvenate after a long day.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a luxurious stay with great service and facilities.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The staff, including manager Adelbert Reyes, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and catered to all of our needs. The room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed a delicious rib eye steak dinner delivered to our room in a timely manner. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with hot and tasty options. We also appreciated the hotel's safety measures and the 24-hour coffee house with its great food and coffee. The laundry service was efficient, and the pool area was beautiful with comfortable lounge chairs and a kiddie pool for our little one. we highly recommend this hotel.

Located by the bay and near the mall of Asia, this hotel is perfect for those visiting Manila for exhibitions. The club lounge offers a stunning view of the bay, and the spacious rooms come with comfortable beds and well-furnished bathrooms. The staff is courteous, and the breakfast buffet has numerous choices. The elevators are quick, and the service is efficient. The hotel has valet parking, and facilities are well-kept.

Two complementary facts offered that I enjoyed: the hotel's friendly staff and the variety of dishes served during breakfast. The hotel's key location near Harbour Square was also a plus, making it easy to access good restaurants and coffee shops. Best of all, the hotel's child-friendly environment meant that I got to spend quality time with my family over the holidays.

One downside was the smoking rooms that left a strong scent of cigarette smoke throughout the floor. there was no exhaust fan in the room.
