We had a great stay at Hotel Kimberly. the front desk was very nice, and the housekeeping staff responded promptly to our requests. the beds were comfortable, and we loved the extra pillows. the location was convenient, with a mall just 2 blocks away and several local restaurants in the area. the staff was extremely helpful, even recording the taxi number when they helped us hail a cab. the hotel is situated on a main road and is within walking distance to Robinsons mall, restaurants, convenience stores, and the Pedro Gil LRT station. It's also close to major tourist attractions like Intramuros.

The hotel had a great location, near to the train station and Robinson's Mall. Our room with 3 single beds was well maintained and clean, perfect for my family. The staff was friendly and provided great service during our stay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to a big mall with many restaurants and shops. Being in the commercialized area, it is bustling with activity and there is always something to do nearby. The staff at the hotel are extremely accommodating and provide excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel is satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from.

The lighting in the room could be improved, as it was a bit dim for our liking.

Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel was conveniently located near a mall and plenty of shops which made it easy to grab a quick bite or do some shopping.

The street noise was a bit bothersome even on a high floor, but the air conditioning helped. we found the breakfast to be a bit pricey, but the rooms were comfortable and spacious.
