The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for Baluarte, Hidden Garden, Bantay Watch Tower, and Calle Crisologo. The front desk remembered us and gave us welcome drinks. The art gallery was incorporated into the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the rooms had stylish interiors.

The hotel had nice art and comfortable rooms. The beds were soft and there were great toiletries. The hotel was also close to many key attractions.
