I stayed at a luxurious hotel with exceptional hospitality. The room was spacious with a massive bed and complete toiletries. I enjoyed using the bathrobe, slippers, and even tried the traditional yukata. The bath and shower provided a truly enjoyable experience. The ambiance of the hotel was high-end, and the interior design was beautiful in every nook and cranny. The concierge and reception staff were very helpful, making check-in smooth and quick. The hotel provided lots of drinking water, delicious Nespresso, and an air purifier, which was a big plus for someone like me with rhinitis and sensitivity to smoke.

The remote for the TV was a bit confusing, and there was ongoing construction, so balcony windows couldn't be opened yet.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. We were delighted with their warm hospitality. the location was ideal for us, close to the airport. the room was very spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. We appreciated the complementary breakfast, which was plentiful and tasty. the automatic toilet was really special. we enjoyed the use of bathrobes and slippers, which made us feel pampered.

There were also some issues with the TV remote and balcony windows. While they provided a complimentary cash deposit, it would have been better if their credit card terminal had been working.

The room is spacious and beautifully designed. The lobby has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nearby, there are plenty of dining options. The hotel promotes sustainability by not using single-use plastic water bottles in the rooms.

This hotel has exceptional hospitality and offers luxurious amenities that truly fulfill your needs. the spacious rooms with a massive bed, complete toiletries, bathrobe, and slippers are perfect for a relaxing stay. the bath and shower are an experience, including the toilet, making it an enjoyable experience.

My only minor issue was with the TV remote, which was confusing. There were two remotes, so it took me a while to figure out how to control the volume.

I recently stayed at Hotel Okura Manila for a relaxing staycation. The hotel exudes a calming Japanese atmosphere with its clean and nature-inspired interior. The spacious room was well-designed, separating the toilet from the bath with a walk-in closet in between, and the heated seats were a nice touch. The wooden bathtub provided a luxurious and soothing experience. The bed was comfortable, and the high-tech features like the TV with all the necessary controls added convenience. The staff also went above and beyond, setting up our room for our anniversary and even surprising us with a delicious matcha cake.

We had a fabulous stay at Okura! The spacious room and beautiful interior design made us feel like we were in a luxurious oasis. The bed was so comfortable, giving us a restful sleep each night. We also appreciated the air purifier in the room, which helped tremendously as one of us has rhinitis and is sensitive to smoke. The no smoking area throughout the hotel was a big plus and ensured we had no asthma attacks. The ambience overall was top-notch, creating a super relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. We also loved the pool at night, despite a few insects attracted to the lights. Having plenty of drinking water in the room, delicious Nespresso, and no single-use plastic water bottles were great environmentally friendly touches. our stay at Okura was amazing and we highly recommend it!

The service from Nikki at the front desk was impeccable, she assisted us with a smile and genuine desire to help. The hotel is connected to a mall, which is convenient. The aesthetics of the room were nice and the size, especially the bathroom, was generous. The Hinoki tub provided a relaxing experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the Japanese breakfast option was delicious. a wonderful stay.
