This hotel is great value for money with clean and spacious rooms. The staff were accommodating and helpful, especially when our room key card didn't work. The location is convenient, being close to the city center and not far from the port by car. Additionally, there is an exceptional Ramen shop nearby that you shouldn't miss.

We had a perfect stay at One! the property was new and clean, with well-maintained facilities. Our room was tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable, providing everything we needed. the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We were impressed by the quality of the furnishings in the lobby and room, as well as the level of service at the front desk.
