The hotel staff provides excellent customer service and is always ready to assist. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean beds and plenty of lighting options. The bathroom has good water pressure and a reliable heater. The breakfast served is hearty and delicious, providing a great start to the day. Additionally, the hotel offers sufficient parking spaces and has well-maintained elevators.

Limited toiletries provided, including no lotion, conditioner, or cotton buds.

Cleanliness is top-notch here. Staff is attentive and helpful with all requests, including printing bus tickets. Quick responses to queries. Spacious rooms and delicious breakfast served on time. Smiling staff make for a pleasant stay.

We had a great stay at Hotel Tugos! The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel was clean and new. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and the room had all the amenities we needed, including free wifi, a room safe, water kettle, minibar, and cable TV. The location was perfect, near the Grotto and just a 10-minute drive from the city center. From our room on the fifth floor, we had a beautiful view of colorful houses on the hill and the mysterious Diplomat Hotel peeking through the trees and mist. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the adjustable temperature of the AC. The breakfast was also good, although we hope that the hotel's restaurant will be available on our next visit.

All was okay during my stay.

During my stay at a hotel in Baguio, I had a lady emergency and realized I forgot to pack feminine products. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. They graciously bought feminine products for me at the nearest convenience store, which was a huge relief. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to help made my stay much more comfortable.

The price for this city break hotel was great value for money. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed with a duvet. Toiletries, slippers, a comb and even a razor were provided. the breakfast was good and served on time in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. the air-conditioning and water pressure were great.

The location was a bit far from the center and required a taxi ride. Some amenities needed maintenance such as the water heater and shower drain.

Amazing spacious room with comfortable beds. Cleanliness, bathroom, breakfast, and staff are excellent. Special mention to the hotel guard woman. Hope they maintain their high standards.
