I enjoyed my stay at Ironwood, especially the amazing food! the restaurant’s breakfast was delightful, even if it could be a bit basic at times. the location was central and convenient. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to most restaurants in the city and a bustling street called Burgos, reminiscent of Maginhawa, where charming restaurants are just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and of average size, providing all the necessary amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, dental kit, and cotton buds. The staff is attentive and accommodating to guests' requests. As for breakfast, they offer plated meals for smaller groups and a buffet for larger gatherings. There is even a rooftop with a stunning view of the sunrise.

The hotel lacks a swimming pool, which may be a drawback for those seeking that particular amenity.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, with the rooms being very modern and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a comfortable environment even with the AC on full blast. Additionally, the hotel's central location in Tacloban made it convenient for exploring the town and its surrounding areas.

Everything was satisfactory and pleasant.

During my Xmas stay, I had a great time at a hotel in Tacloban. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room prices were quite reasonable. the location is key, with lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts that were included with my room and the awesome bed that was super comfortable. to the great view of the city, the room was also very clean and well-kept.

The Wi-Fi wasn't the best and I had trouble loading certain websites. there were sometimes some noise issues, but that's typical of most hotels.

The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and English-speaking. The hotel had great food and a clean and pleasant environment. We'll definitely choose this hotel on our next visit.

The breakfast on Saturday offered a buffet with Continental and Asian options, including made-to-order dishes like eggs, pancakes, and waffles. The location is convenient, being near the Sto Nino Church, airport, restaurants, and Sto Nino Shrine. The 5-floor hotel allows easy access with stairs and the front desk was helpful. A small convenience store is located next door. The bed was comfortable.

Staff friendly, spoke English well. Favorite in Tacloban, great parking. Close to McDonald's, convenient location. Best coffee in the Philippines. Well-prepared food, comfortable beds. Clean restaurant and public areas. Good Wi-Fi, excellent breakfast service.

For us it was ideal.
