I visited for 6 nights with my partner. the room was clean and as described, with good AC. the pool was enjoyable, and the hotel was well-maintained. Being steps away from the beach was fantastic. the location is great for families and those wanting a peaceful stay. It's close to town for excursions.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed the massages that were available on site and the fact that we could order breakfast according to our liking. the hotel has a great location, steps away from the beach and with several restaurants around.

There were some aspects of the hotel experience that could have been improved upon. Our room was not ready at check-in and the cleanliness of some of the amenities in the room, such as the faucet and balcony, was lacking.

The location of Isla Amara Resort is perfect, right on a beautiful beach where you can swim and surf. The design of the hotel is also very appealing, with a boutique vibe and spacious rooms. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Despite a few hiccups, the staff at Isla Amara Resort delivered great customer service by offering a free airport van transfer to make up for any inconvenience.
