I had a delightful 5-night stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always wearing a smile. Breakfast was satisfying, but dinner at the hotel was a standout experience—first-class food and service. Special thanks to outstanding servers like Bryan and Nancy, who truly elevated my stay.

I stayed in a Standard Twin Room for 2 nights. The room had some maintenance issues, like bathroom taps that felt loose, and I had to request basic amenities like tea bags and additional water multiple times. Breakfast was disappointing. while there were limited options, my fish order came frozen. This hotel could benefit from improving service consistency and food quality.

The hotel features a unique rooftop bar with live music that added a fun atmosphere to our evenings. However, the inconsistent water supply during showers was unexpected and affected our stay.

The lobby is presenting an illusion of quality that doesn’t hold up. corridors are dirty, elevators are painfully slow, and the bathroom faucet utterly fails.

The hotel's location is prime for exploring with the city hall right in front and the mall just a stone's throw away. One evening, I walked around to find a cozy spot just a block away for some local grub, and man, the vibe was perfect, people just enjoying life.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still acceptable for the quality provided.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room for a night. It was comfy, but the breakfast was just okay. The waiter, Justin, really made the meal better! However, the receptionist could’ve been more welcoming since we had a long trip. It felt a bit off when we were informed about the breakfast situation after already settling in. The floor was slippery too, which was a bit concerning.

Location was excellent. right across from the City Hall and just steps away from the mall. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I appreciated the complimentary water and nicely smelling towels. Breakfast was decent too.
