This hotel is located in a peaceful area opposite Greenbelt mall, which is very convenient for outdoor dining. The rooms are spacious and complete with amenities, and the breakfast on the rooftop offers quality food with many healthy options.

Nothing needs improving, everything was just perfect.

I recently stayed at Makati Diamond Residences for a leisure trip and it was truly exceptional. The location is ideal, with easy access to shopping and local eats. The staff, especially Mr. Jig Nicdao and the whole team at the roofdeck, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were well-appointed. It felt like a 5-star experience at an affordable price. I can't wait to return and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at this amazing hotel.

Located beside the well-known Greenbelt Shopping Mall, this hotel is perfect for those who love shopping. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a 24-hour gym and a spa. The breakfast deal is worth mentioning as guests are given a dining card that is valid in numerous restaurants across the street.

Some guests expressed their concern about the inconsistent answers they received from the check-in staff regarding important details, such as the number of rooms booked under their name and whether a deposit is required or not.

This hotel offered exceptional amenities that made our stay feel luxurious and exclusive. The Spa & wellness centre was superb, along with the indoor swimming pool and sauna which had a shallow end perfect for relaxing. The massage services were also of high quality, providing us with a full body massage and a foot massage that left us feeling truly pampered. In addition to these, the hotel boasts an outdoor garden area with sun loungers that gave us a serene atmosphere to unwind.

During our stay, we only encountered one minor issue. While the hotel's restaurant had excellent in-room breakfast, special diet menus and a snack bar, we found that the private facilities were not as exclusive as expected.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were luxurious and modern. The view from the 19th-floor room was breathtaking, offering a beautiful sight of the city. The location was perfect, with the hotel just a short walk away from shopping malls and department stores. The staff provided excellent service, with employees like Mavi and Adrian going above and beyond to assist me. The breakfast selection was varied, and the staff made sure to make my stay enjoyable.

This place is in an excellent location, just opposite a mall with lots of outdoor restaurants and in a peaceful area opposite Greenbelt mall, at the Central Business district. The service is absolutely incredible from reservation to waiters, with excellent service and staff are always willing to help where they can and offer amazing service. The rooms are well equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a kitchen with cookware/ kitchen utensils. The leisure spa & wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool, sauna and massage facilities offer guests a relaxing stay.

I would recommend this hotel to all.

Free lemonade and wonderful gym. Close to high-end shops and restaurants. Rooms came with a washing machine, and the fridge was big enough for our fruits.

The lobby could use some freshening and better maintained furniture in the waiting area.

Great location beside a big mall with excellent security. Our room was clean and cozy. However, our room key was not working properly and it took a while for the staff to fix it. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
