The hotel offers a shuttle service from the airport, which was very convenient for our short stay. the location was great, as it was next to a mall with handicrafts and had a daily night market right in front of it. We enjoyed exploring and shopping in the area. Additionally, the hotel had a Piccolo Kids Club room rate that included special amenities for kids, such as a personalized room with key card access and story books. It was a unique and enjoyable experience for my daughter.

The decor of the hotel was a bit outdated and could use some refreshing. the rooms, in particular, could benefit from a makeover.

The hotel's location was ideal, being close to local markets and within walking distance of the vibrant night market. We also appreciated that transportation was convenient, with taxis arriving within minutes. Additionally, the hotel offered great value with an all-inclusive rate that included airport transportation and breakfast.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Davao city center and was delighted with the location. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the major shopping complexes. The hotel had a classic style but was very comfortable and reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised by the safe environment, as Mindanao is known for being volatile. The room and furnishings were of good quality, giving a plush feel. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the pool and gym were satisfactory. Additionally, one receptionist went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated after a long flight from LA.

Staff were helpful and kind, especially Ms. Sheng, the receptionist. The hotel has a busy and lively atmosphere, which allows for a good rest after a long day. The hotel lobby has a grandeur to it, and the privacy offered is appreciated. The buffet area and Polo Bistro have a great service and ambiance. The hotel shampoo and shower gel smell amazing. The view from our room of the city, mountains, and pool area is breathtaking.
