The staff were extremely friendly and always helpful. Quick assistance for work connection. Friendly and helpful waiter. Warm greetings and good breakfast. Allowed pool access until 10pm. All staff were welcoming and attentive. Receptionist asked for feedback.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience for me. The location was really convenient, as it was very close to the airport. This meant that I didn't have to worry about rushing to catch my flight or getting stuck in traffic. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was comfortable and had all the amenities I could ask for, including air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, as well as an outdoor swimming pool, which was a nice bonus. the service and facilities here were top-notch.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Convenient location, around 8 km from the airport, but traffic makes the journey take 45 minutes. Not beachfront as expected, but the sea is nearby. Friendly staff, good restaurant with tasty food. Perfect air-conditioning and hot water.

The breakfast was great with a variety of foods to choose from, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. the location was convenient as it was near restaurants and attractions, making it easy to get around. Plus, the room was spacious and comfortable making it easy to relax after a busy day.

The noise outside the room could be bothersome at times, particularly during events. some of the employees were noisy which added to the noise levels.

The staff at Mella Hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. We were pleasantly surprised by their prompt assistance when we needed help with our work connection. The waiter at the pool was also very friendly, offering us the menu with a smile. During breakfast, the receptionist greeted us warmly and the breakfast itself was delicious and satisfying. We were even allowed to use the pool until 10pm, and the staff engaged in a fun conversation with us. The cleaners and staff always greeted us warmly and asked if we needed anything. During check-out, the receptionist was receptive to our feedback, even when we raised a concern about the kid-friendly menu. our experience at Mella Hotel was exceptionally pleasant and enjoyable. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
