The staff at the lobby were so polite and nice. They were attentive to all my needs and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. All of the things I requested by calling the front desk were provided immediately. The room is very clean and the ambiance is cozy. The air-con works well, keeping the room at the perfect temperature. The free breakfast buffet is superb. The food offered is delicious and perfectly suited to the weather. The location of the hotel is very accessible and convenient, especially for those arriving at the Victory Liner terminal. I had a pleasant, comfortable, and memorable stay at Microtel and would highly recommend it to others.

We stayed in this hotel for a few nights and we were impressed by its strategic location, being very near the bus station, tourist attractions, and shopping areas. The hotel's elevated position also provided us with an amazing view of the city. The room was spotless and the bathroom was spacious with hot water shower. The staff provided an excellent service, making us feel safe and comfortable. Breakfast was decent and the coffee station was a plus. They even had water refilling stations in the hallway and strong wifi connection throughout the hotel.

The location is excellent, with the biggest mall in Baguio nearby and good restaurants around. Free flowing coffee at the lobby is a plus for my family with kids.

The hotel is located right in the center of Baguio making it easy to get to all the tourist attractions. The staff is very attentive and provides great service. We had a wonderful stay at Microtel. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Even though we arrived early, they immediately gave us our rooms, which we really appreciated after a long journey. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a comfy bed and a large bathroom. the hotel's location was also convenient, making it easy for us to book a cab whenever we needed one. we found Microtel to be a great option in Baguio.
