The staff at check-in was okay, but their response to my concern wasn't clear. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were well-mannered, organized, and friendly. The location was great, with plenty of restaurant options nearby. A short distance from SM Lanang Mall.

Celebrating the New Year at the hotel was an amazing experience. the hotel has great facilities and services which added value to the stay. the buffet breakfast was superb, with many choices to fulfill my taste buds, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the hotel has an excellent location, with a variety of restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away.

The hotel could improve the soundproofing of the rooms as noise from outside could still be heard even inside the room. some of the staff were not that accommodating, which somehow affected the overall experience.

The hotel's location is perfect - it's in a bustling yet peaceful area, very near the airport and conveniently located close to SM Lanang Premier and other various restaurants. You won't have to go far to find a delicious meal or some retail therapy!

Plus, the breakfast buffet offers delicious Filipino cuisine to start the day off right.

The walls and adjoining doors in some rooms may be thin, which can lead to noise disturbances from neighboring guests.
