This affordable accommodation offers a convenient location, close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. With its proximity to the beach, guests can easily enjoy a day of sun and sand. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and assistance. Guests can also enjoy free water, tea, and coffee 24/7, as well as a hot shower in the bathroom.

The bathroom floor is uneven and tilted towards the door, causing flooding.

had a wonderful, romantic stay and New Modern Summer House exceeded expectations! Hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, with great recommendations and even a BBQ night. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Perfect location near the sea.

We had a fantastic stay at a modern summer house. The hotel staff were amazing and made us feel at home, treating us like family. They even upgraded our room to one with a hot shower. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to bars and restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, with air conditioning and free hot and cold drinking water. The staff was also incredibly helpful, arranging a canyoneering tour and scooter rental for us. it was a great experience.

Our stay at this fantastic place was absolutely mind-blowing! The room was super clean and comfortable, with jaw-dropping air conditioning. The staff, oh my goodness, they were the sweetest and made us feel like family. They helped us arrange tours, scooters, and even rescued us when we had a scooter mishap. The atmosphere was so nice and relaxed, and they went out of their way to assist with any questions or needs we had. Plus, the location was PERFECT, just a short walk to the main town with plenty of restaurants and bars along the way. Highly recommended!
