I recently stayed at a hostel in Panglao called Moon Fools and had a fantastic experience. The staff at the hostel were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The place itself was very clean and had a strong focus on environmental sustainability, which I really appreciated. The rooms were also great, with comfortable beds and air conditioning. I especially loved the newly opened common area. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast, with a variety of toppings for the oats/porridge. I was very impressed with my stay at Moon Fools.

The location was good, close to Alona Beach and many restaurants and pubs. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Odessa who was very accommodating. The beds in the 10-bed dorm were spacious and comfortable, with curtain for privacy. The showers had hot water and the lounge area was great for relaxing. They also offered social events and provided helpful information about onward travel. I had a positive experience and would definitely come back again!

Außerdem gibt es einen gemütlichen Sitzbereich im Freien mit Sonnenschirm und Sitzkissen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine, um Kleidung zu waschen.

Bedauerlicherweise gibt es in der Nähe des Hotels eine Fabrik, die manchmal Gerüche verbreitet.

The hostel had great ideas to save water and protect the island, like offering free water if you bring a refillable bottle and using leftover water to water the plants. Plus, they even donate plastic bottles to a social project for building foundations of houses. a fantastic eco-friendly hostel with friendly staff and convenient amenities.

Noise levels at night could be improved.

The rooms are comfortable with AC, and there's a great open area to socialize and meet new people. The hostel has an eco-friendly mission and offers upcycled furniture. Free welcome meetings with cocktails and snacks are a nice touch. The beds have curtains, plugs, and lights. Hot showers are available.

Felt like treated like royalty, no reason to complain.
