The staff, especially Emerson and Nina and the guard, were super helpful and polite. the rooms were spacious with big, comfy beds, and the daily housekeeping made it clean and tidy. the easy beach access was lovely, but the breakfast selection was a bit lacking, though filling. 🏨

Muse's proximity to dining options and D’mall is convenient. the hotel staff offers excellent recommendations and assistance. Rooms are spacious, perfect for families with toddlers. the AC works efficiently, providing a comfortable stay. the beachfront location allows for peaceful nights and beautiful sunsets.

Maintenance needed, minimal room service.

The database was user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to find the information I needed. the room provided was incredibly spacious, with plenty of tables and dressers for all my belongings.

The wifi connection in the room was a bit slow at times, making it difficult to work efficiently.

Bed comfort exceeded expectations. Was like sleeping on a cloud. the room felt like a luxurious cocoon, shielding from the outside world. Falling asleep was quick and restful, waking up was a joy, truly revitalizing.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything and just steps away from the beach. It was so convenient to have easy access to the beach and to be able to take advantage of the water sports and cruises that depart from the station in front of the hotel. The staff was incredible, always friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and even went above and beyond to decorate my partner's room for his birthday. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The AC worked perfectly and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast offered delicious custom-made omelettes and fresh fruits, and the view from the dining area was absolutely priceless.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. The location, service, and amenities provided by this place are exceptional.

The kids enjoyed the playground and games. the staff were attentive and even organized a movie night for us. the perfect spot for family fun!

i had a wonderful time at Muse, located perfectly in front of the beach. the spacious room with plenty of storage was a plus. their room cleaning service was efficient, and the breakfast buffet was enjoyable. the friendly and accommodating staff added to the overall great experience.

One minor downside is that the WiFi connection is not always stable.

The location was great, right in the hustle and bustle of the island. the staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. They even included complimentary beer on our arrival and went out of their way to get breakfast for us in the early hours of the morning. the breakfast was also good, with enough selections to make us feel full, and they even refilled our bottled water daily.

The Wi-Fi was a bit iffy, not consistent for all devices, and sometimes my wife’s device had trouble connecting. the bathroom could have been cleaner, which was a bit off-putting.

this was our second stay in boracay and muse truly exceeded our expectations! the staff went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday special with a surprise greeting and balloon setup. the location near the shore was a big plus and the hotel had a relaxing vibe. thank you muse for a wonderful stay!
