The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and they even gave my child some goodies to make his stay special. Checking in early was a great convenience, and the location of the hotel was perfect for our concert plans. The breakfast served a wide variety of delicious food, catering to both Filipino and international cuisines. The hotel is also conveniently located near shopping malls and restaurants, and the fitness center operating until 11 pm was a nice bonus.

I loved that there are malls, train and bus stations just a stone's throw away from here. The staff in the reception area was very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the very beginning. The service I received from room service, car hire, and housekeeping was great. The amenities provided in my room such as the air conditioning and the ironing facilities made my stay here very comfortable. Additionally, the garden area and the swimming pool offered a nice spot for relaxation and the spa centre has excellent services that I highly recommend.

The hotel was amazing! Interconnecting rooms for my mom's birthday, with mini chocolate cakes! Near malls and restaurants. Staff was warm, friendly, and accommodating. Fabulous bar on 6th and lobby. Excellent buffet dinner. Family-friendly with great pool and play facilities.
