Enjoyed our stay at Okada Manila. Room was fantastic with bay/pool view, great amenities. Staff was attentive. Had minor check-in hiccups but Joshua saved the day. a pleasant experience.

the room was amazing, perfect for our parents' anniversary celebration. the breakfast had a good variety, and the casino gaming was a plus. the staff, especially ms. donna, was kind and made our parent's anniversary extra special. we'll definitely book again next time!

The staff at this hotel are exceptional! They were incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure my stay was as pleasant as possible. the room service was top-notch, and the breakfast spread blew me away – it's even better than what I've experienced in Guam. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a sublime experience. I also appreciated the poolside snack bar and the bar/lounge area for some relaxation after a long day.

One improvement area could be the check-in process, as it took longer than expected due to some staffing issues. It would be great if they could streamline this procedure to ensure a smoother experience for guests, especially those who have traveled a long way to get here.

The modern vibe and dope facilities made our trip so wavy. Plus, the lit resto scene helped us bounce back after partying. We even had a blast at The Garden, escaping the city chaos for some chill time.

More lit parties and activities for young peeps would have dialled up the fun even more.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with high-tech controls that made the stay feel luxurious. the amenities were superb, providing a wide range of options for dining and entertainment. One improvement could be more attentive and efficient staff members to enhance the overall guest experience.

The dining options at The Okada were a flavor explosion, from local gems like Kiapo to fine dining at Goryeo and Japanese Kappou Imamura. The upgraded rooms were a plush sanctuary, perfect for a cozy getaway. Most staff were like culinary ninjas, especially the housekeeping team.

While our whirlpool room reservation hiccuped, the magical manager waved their wand and got it sorted. Security felt like Manila's top secret mission.

The dining options offered within the premises were plenty. The swimming pool was decent and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes. The hotel provides great value for money.

I did encounter some confusion when extending my stay and experienced slow room service, but the overall experience was positive. The relaxation facilities like the spa and swimming pool enhanced our enjoyment, and nearby landmarks such as the Baclaran Church and Chaos Manila Nightclub provided plenty of family bonding opportunities.

As a budget traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by the grand room upgrade and the luxurious Presidential suite at Okada. The spacious rooms were perfect for my family, and the facilities catered to both seniors and toddlers. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing a baby cot for our room upon request. The jacuzzi with a great view was a fantastic way to relax, and the futuristic room with tablet controls added a touch of modern convenience. The excellent service was exemplified when they surprised us with a whole chocolate cake for my partner's birthday. the experience was mind-blowing and unlike anything we had seen before.

the beds were clean and comfy, and the room was spacious. close to the airport. lots of eateries on-site. also, a small shop inside. staff gave us a sweet room upgrade and late check-out for free. loved the high-tech controls in the room.
