Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be able to check-in earlier than expected. The staff at Oriental Zen Suites were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The rooms were new, comfy, and clean, creating a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The Wi-Fi, although occasionally congested in the evening, worked well overall. The hotel is located in a local neighborhood, allowing for an authentic experience and easy access to tourist attractions. Breakfast was served early and on time, although I would have preferred a traditional western meal. my stay was excellent and I would highly recommend Oriental Zen Suites to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room design was delightful and the staff were approachable and helpful. The location was very convenient for getting around, and the breakfast was amazing. We highly recommend it!

Additionally, it is in close proximity to a mall and a station, making it very accessible for guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities such as cable TV, slippers, and a fridge. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast delivered to their room, adding convenience to their stay.

The air conditioning in some rooms may not be as effective, causing discomfort for guests.

The hotel had complementary breakfast and free slippers for guests. It was also conveniently located near transportation and tourist sites. Finally, the room had a really comfortable bed.

The staff did not seem interested in helping us with anything and were often rude. the room was poorly cleaned upon arrival, and there were issues with the air conditioning that were never resolved.
