Stayed at Palazzo and had a great experience. the staff were friendly and helpful, even upgrading us to a double bed. They assisted us with tour bookings and offered a private driver at a lower price than travel agents. the rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. Breakfast was inclusive and they even accommodated our early morning departure with a meal. the location was convenient, with easy access to taxis and some attractions within walking distance. a good value for money.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a hot shower, which was perfect for our romantic escape. We were pleasantly surprised by the upgraded room we received upon arrival. The blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in without being disturbed by the sunlight.

We've been customers for 5 years and the staff at Palazzo Pensionne is always on top of their game. They're friendly and provide excellent services such as room service, fresh towels, and cleaning the rooms. They even go the extra mile to find us a cab when we need one. the location of the hotel is convenient, just a short cab ride away from Ayala Mall and Robinson's grocery store and mall. the front desk girls are amazing and the rooms are modern and clean.
