The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and reliable air conditioning. The wifi was also excellent, which was a bonus for staying connected. The security guards at the complex were friendly and made us feel safe. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend Palm Tree Villas 1 to others.

Stayed at a great location, just opposite T3. Walked through the runway to the airport. Very convenient for an early morning flight. the host, Brian, was helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early for a rest after a long haul travel. the apartment was clean, had two big A/C units, and access to a swimming pool. All the amenities we needed were within walking distance, including laundry, nail spa, massage, pharmacy. Smooth check-in process and prompt communication with the host. Will definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Palm Tree Villas 1 for my recent trip to the Philippines and had a fantastic experience. The prime location just across NAIA T3 was perfect for my travel purposes. The owner and caretaker were friendly and provided helpful information on finding the condo. The room itself was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed and cozy couch. Additionally, the automatic washing machine was a great convenience for doing laundry during my stay.

Transfer offered to different building with higher price for studio. Studio pictured well, but disappointing inside. Utensils old, lacking items. The staff were friendly and Peachy, the caretaker, was responsive and courteous. The location was great too. We had a fantastic time!
