My recent stay at Planta Centro was a pleasant surprise. The hotel may not be located in the city center, but it offers great value for money. The employees were friendly and always had a smile on their faces, showcasing Filipino hospitality at its finest. The lobby was inviting, and the coffee shop and food outlets were decent. The hotel had all the amenities one would expect, including banquet facilities, a swimming pool, and WiFi. Although the location was a bit far from the downtown area, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience. I would recommend Planta Centro Bacolod Hotel & Residences as a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

The service provided by the staff was commendable, as they were friendly and accommodating. The room amenities including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area made our stay very comfortable. The dining table was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy meals in the privacy of our room. The free toiletries and hair dryer provided added convenience to our stay. Additionally, the in-room safe ensured the security of our belongings. The television and alarm clock were modern and functional. The flat-screen TV provided a clear and crisp picture for our entertainment. We were also pleased with the dining restaurant on-site, which offered a variety of delicious dishes.

We highly recommend this hotel to all. Despite minor issues, such as the weak Wi-Fi signal in the rooms and the lack of response to our specific request, we still had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel breakfast was great with plenty of tasty Filipino dishes. The hotel's key location was also perfect for exploring the city and finding good restaurants nearby. The staff were polite and friendly, which made our stay comfortable and easy.

Our room lacked some lighting, which hindered our ability to work or read properly. the elevator was not working during our stay, which was inconvenient.
