The staff were accommodating, serving us breakfast super early for our 5 am tour. the rooms were clean, and amenities were complete, with a heater for a nice warm shower. the presence of an elevator was great for us, as we were traveling with seniors.

The front desk lacked good customer service, making me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. the meal service needed improvement, and the internet connection was unreliable.

Location was superb, just a brief stroll to top malls and eateries, and a bustling evening veggie market nearby. Spotless rooms and a hearty breakfast with excellent mangoes. Also, appreciative of breakfast served early before our 5 am tour. Even had an elevator for our elderly companions. Overall I'd suggest this stay.

I recently stayed at Primeluxe Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Ms. Yean and Mr. Charles, were friendly and accommodating. They assisted us with an early check-in and helped with our luggage during checkout. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of options. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to commercial establishments, restaurants, and transportation. it was great value for money and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at a hotel in CDO. the staff at Primeluxe Hotel were incredibly helpful and kind. They even served us breakfast early so that we could make our tour on time. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were complete. I was also happy to find an elevator, which was convenient for our group that included seniors. Plus, there was a heater for a nice warm shower. the location was great, close to the city, malls, and easily accessible transportation. it was definitely worth the price and more.
