We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, from arranging a baby cot for our little one to helping us with our luggage. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient, with the airport and town center nearby. The breakfast included was a great bonus, and we enjoyed the balcony in our room.

The only small issue we had was with the water in the bathroom.

During our stay at the hotel, we experienced exceptional service and attention to detail. When we arrived, the staff immediately took care of us, even holding an umbrella for us in the rain. They quickly checked us in and arranged a baby cot for our little one. They went above and beyond by going to the supermarket to get baby formula and providing pureed papaya for our daughter. Despite the taxi shortage, the manager personally arranged a discounted rate for us to get to the airport. The room was comfortable and clean. We were truly grateful for the warm welcome and outstanding hospitality we received at this hotel.
