The location of this hotel was superb, near all key landmarks of Tagaytay city. the rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were super comfy which made for a great night's sleep. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the free complimentary breakfast that was provided, giving us a good start to our day.

One area that could be improved upon is the Wi-Fi connection, which was a bit slow at times. It would be great if the hotel could work on improving the speed for a better overall experience.

The hotel's location is very convenient as it is situated in the heart of the city, close to Ayala mall serin and fine restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and the bed provides a cozy sleep experience. Additionally, the staff is amazing, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The restaurant, Dekada, offers delicious food with a fantastic interior.

It would have been better if they provided slippers and bathrobes in the room, as they were unavailable during our stay.

The bed and room were comfortable, and the staff, especially the staff at the restaurant, were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel interiors were warm and welcoming, with nice decorations and Bible quotations displayed throughout. The pool area was enjoyable, with a jacuzzi to relax in. The hotel rooms were clean and spacious, with comfy beds and a lovely terrace to chill and relax. The prompt service from the cleaning staff, restaurant servers, and reception attendants was also greatly appreciated.

Enjoyed Royale Parc Hotel Tagaytay, family loved it, booked twice in May. Helpful staff at Dekada, warm interiors. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, nice terrace. Slippery floors, minor accidents. Needs more face towels, mats, and tissues. Good food at Dekada and coffee at Yaletown cafe. a great stay!

The room at Royale Parc Hotel Tagaytay was incredibly spacious and clean with a balcony that offered stunning views. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The coffee provided was delicious and they even offered free refills. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was cozy, spacious, and quiet. Plus, the bathroom was clean! the best aspect was the prompt service provided by everyone, from the cleaning staff to the reception attendants. I really enjoyed the two complementary activities offered, which were breakfast in bed or eating in the hotel restaurant. the location was also great, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

Although the internet connection was okay, it kept cutting off. the water was quite cold, and there were a few bugs and insects floating around.

Love the balcony views, huge rooms, friendly staff, prompt service, nice grounds.
