My stay at Royce Hotel & Casino was wonderful. The entire room was nice and very clean, with comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. I also appreciated the convenient free parking area. The hotel rate was affordable, making it even better. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a good stay during Xmas. One of the pros was the location, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. the spacious rooms were well equipped with comfortable beds and air conditioning. the breakfast buffet had a variety of tasty options to choose from.

The service was a letdown. Staff seemed understaffed and disorganized, causing long wait times for check-in and check-out.

The bathrooms/showers were clean and had a great rain shower design, excellent water pressure. Beds were comfortable with high-quality sheets/duvet. Complimentary shuttle to airport for OFW's appreciated. Professional and friendly reception/concierge staff. Cordial and helpful housekeeping staff.
