The breakfast had a good selection, and the staff were top-notch—super friendly and always there to help. Plus, the pool on the 4th floor was a cool surprise that added to a great Christmas vibe. the location was super convenient, close to all the action in town, which made exploring easy and fun.

My Christmas stay was a rollercoaster. It was like a hit or miss with the connection, making it tough to get work done.

Despite ordering chicken at lunch, we experienced severe stomach pains and vomiting, prompting a hospital visit. No follow-up from management. Room temperature was challenging to regulate, and the bathroom lacked privacy. However, the honesty of the staff in returning a lost bag was commendable.
