The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for my family and all our luggage.

The check-in process was a bit slow and there seemed to be some confusion about our reservation.

Rooms are spacious with good water pressure. Bellboys were helpful and kind. Amenities provided were efficient and satisfactory. Security vault in room was appreciated. Interior design is modern and classy.

After months of travelling, we wanted somewhere to relax and catch up on sleep. The room at Sarrosa was huge and impressive, with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient, within walking distance of GAGFA & SYKES buildings. There were also plenty of take away food places nearby, as well as a FOODA supermarket. The Spa across the road offered the best massages in town, and we enjoyed drinks at Castle Peak hotel's rooftop bar for a cool breeze and city view. our stay went well.

During our stay in Cebu, my friends and I chose to stay at a hotel near the shopping centers in Mactan Island. The location was very convenient, as we were able to easily access the Ayala mall for shopping and dining. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always being attentive to our needs and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and the view from the hotel was breathtaking. The facilities and room advantages were exceptional, making our stay memorable.

The Wi-Fi usage at the hotel was limited, which was a bit inconvenient as we were unable to use it freely during our vacation.

During our stay at the hotel, we had a great experience at Sarrosa International. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were very pleasant and helpful, especially Andrew. He went out of his way to share his knowledge of the vicinity, which was very helpful. The room itself was comfortable, with a super cool AC and a good internet connection. We enjoyed the amenities such as the bathtub, hot and cold shower, hair dryer, thick towels. The hotel also had a cute ref and a water heater. The indoor pool was a nice touch, as it was not crowded and provided a comfortable and satisfying experience. Plus, it was great to know that there was no corkage fee for bringing in outside food as long as it was disposed of properly. our stay was excellent.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the excellent facilities and amenities offered at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and cashier. The location, although not amazing, was convenient for us as it was a short taxi ride away from the bureau of immigration, which came in handy as we needed to extend our stay. There was also a fantastic Japanese restaurant opposite the hotel, offering delicious food at a great price.

We felt truly looked after during our stay and have no complaints.

Had a wonderful xmas break at this hotel with family. the staff were very attentive, friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to find festive decorations in our room upon arrival and a yummy fruit basket as a complementary gift. the hotel's key location was perfect for our needs as it was easily accessible by public transport with many restaurants and shops around. We also enjoyed the delicious local cuisine served at the hotel's restaurant.

The hotel's pool was smaller than we expected and became easily crowded during peak hours. We also experienced some difficulty with the wifi connection in our room.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and clean room. The staff at this hotel were outstanding, always friendly and professional, making us feel well taken care of.
