I was deeply disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. There were cockroaches, and the noise from the adjacent room was unbearable. Furthermore, the toiletries provided were incomplete, which just added to my frustration. Despite the friendly staff and good location, I expected much more from a reputed hotel.

Just a nice choice for a swift visit in Bacolod with definitely value for money. I really appreciated how quick and friendly the staff were when I asked about local dining options. Make sure to check the pool hours in advance, as it can close due to light rain.

The Deluxe Twin Room was super comfy, especially the bed. I had such a relaxing sleep after a long day. The decor felt modern and everything was well appointed. The only minor hiccup was that the door was a bit tricky to open at times. But really, that didn’t matter much with everything else being great.

the rooftop bar service was a bit slow. we loved the breakfast selection, especially the traditional filipino dishes. the staff were friendly and accommodating. location was perfect for exploring bacolod.
