The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The service was top-notch and went above and beyond. The food at the restaurant, especially the black pepper mud crabs, was fresh and flavorful. The spa masseuses were skilled, and the pool, beach, and restaurant were all great. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The location was decent; close to some good restaurants and bars. the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi that was offered throughout the hotel.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. the pool was dirty and the water had a bad smell.

The breakfast buffet is overflowing with delicious options. the amenities and facilities of the resort are exceptional, providing a memorable experience for guests.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel on a beautiful island in the Philippines and I must say, it was a truly luxurious experience. The location of this place was perfect, right by the beach and within close proximity to the ocean. It was so peaceful and relaxing, with beautifully kept gardens and a lovely pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including air conditioning, mini-bar, in-room safe, and a patio to enjoy the view. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing personalized service from the moment I arrived at the airport. They even offered a free shuttle service, making the price of the rooms even more reasonable. The restaurant had quick service and a delicious buffet breakfast. I had a fantastic stay here and I can't wait to come back in the future.
