My family and I recently stayed at Sofitel in Manila for one night. We were blown away by the luxurious Opera Suite on the 11th floor, overlooking the pool. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Fragile from Reception, Jeffrey Briones from Engineering, Pia from Spiral breakfast, and Kim from the juice bar. The hotel's location on the bay was absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed the top-notch massage services and the delightful champagne brunch at Spiral. Sofitel definitely made our stay memorable.

The view was spectacular. The pool was huge, although a bit cold. Ordering food outside was a hassle, but the hotel's food was good. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing staycation with family.

The complementary breakfast was good and the room service was prompt. the hotel was located in a convenient area close to many attractions and the staff were generally friendly.

The hotel room was not clean when I arrived, and the bed had stains on the sheets. the air conditioning was also faulty and made loud noises throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.
