We had a great stay here! The location is perfect - we had access to everything we needed including a convenience store and Walking Street just within a short walk. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, from the bell staff to the housekeeping and even the receptionists who gave us a warm welcome drink upon arrival. The room itself was amazing - we loved the hi-tech feature and the comfortable bed and pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. The full-body massage we had was top-notch and really helped us relax.

This place is highly recommended for families as well.

During my Xmas stay, there were a couple of complimentary treats that were a nice touch. the location was perfect for exploring the area and it was easy to get around. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms.

The room was not up to a satisfactory standard. the bedding had dust or a sand-like substance that was unpleasant and the mattress was worn out making it uncomfortable to sleep.
