during my stay, I truly loved how close the hotel is to Stotsenburg Park, just a short walk away, making it perfect for leisurely strolls, and I also enjoyed visiting the Clark Museum and 4D Theater, which is only about a 20-minute walk from the hotel, offering a glimpse into the local history and culture.

The breakfast buffet had a terrific selection.

the check-in process took way too long, about an hour. staff weren’t helpful at all, not what I expected for a supposed luxury hotel. I also found the pillows completely unuseable, like who designs those? I woudl ve been impressed if they had upgraded my room after such inconveniences, but no such luck. just couldn't give a good review.

The breakfast spread was phenomenal, with Mr Eduardo managing the buffet flawlessly—quality food, strong coffee, and a warm vibe. Plus, the room service was super efficient, delivering everything I requested in no time. Pure satisfaction!

I checked in early to beat the lines, but still faced delays in getting my keys. Although the wait staff at MARKT didn’t quite hit the mark this time, they did eventually come around once I caught their attention. Not a huge deal!

Enjoyed the infinity pool with the stunning view! The gelato at the hotel is a game changer, got a scoop of pistachio and salted caramel that was just to die for! It was delicious sitting by the Atrium while savoring my ice cream.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but honestly it was worth it, pretty reasonable for what you get.

I enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere, especially while spending quality time with my boyfriend at the nearby casino. The range of onsite activities made our stay memorable, and the breakfast spread was a delightful bonus.
