I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. There was an abundance of amenities to choose from including a fitness studio, outdoor swimming pool, and massage spa lounge. Additionally, the location was perfect for my Taal Lake hike as it was conveniently situated near the area. The room amenities were exceptional, with a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and mini bar. The breakfast served was also delicious, and staff made sure all of my requests were met.

I would recommend this venue to all my family and friends.

The view of Taal Lake and volcano was simply breathtaking, no matter the weather. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, always wearing a welcoming smile. Our room was always impeccably clean, and they even took the time to arrange my son's toy cars on the bed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including delicious Filipino breakfast staples. It was a refreshing experience for foreigners.
