My family and I booked a room with a lake view, and we were not disappointed. The magnificent scenery was breathtaking. While we had a minor issue with the air conditioning, the staff was quick to communicate with us and provide solutions. The overall customer service was excellent, and we felt well taken care of during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at a hotel in Tagaytay. The view of Taal Lake was absolutely breathtaking, and it made my whole experience magical. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. There was an abundance of amenities to choose from including a fitness studio, outdoor swimming pool, and massage spa lounge. Additionally, the location was perfect for my Taal Lake hike as it was conveniently situated near the area. The room amenities were exceptional, with a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and mini bar. The breakfast served was also delicious, and staff made sure all of my requests were met.

I would recommend this venue to all my family and friends.

Everything was fantastic.

The view of Taal Lake and volcano was simply breathtaking, no matter the weather. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, always wearing a welcoming smile. Our room was always impeccably clean, and they even took the time to arrange my son's toy cars on the bed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including delicious Filipino breakfast staples. It was a refreshing experience for foreigners.
