We were so grateful to find a hotel that allowed pets, and Jacobs Hill was perfect for our small dog. The staff were friendly and approachable, and the location near the highway was convenient. The service was outstanding, with daily breakfast delivery to our room and thorough cleaning. The bed was spacious and comfy, and the room had helpful amenities like an electric kettle and cable TV. Being able to hang our clothes and relax outside our room was a bonus. a great stay!

jacob's hill tagaytay bed & breakfast surpassed our expectations during this stopover. the lovely staff gladly catered to our needs and the scenic view was incredible. being pet-friendly made our furbaby super happy. a great deal for an overnight family stay. we'll definitely be back for another vacation.

The location is excellent - near picnic groove and with a view of Taal Lake. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the place is five-star quality. The breakfast and value for money are also great.

The staff were accommodating and made us feel at home. The place was clean and the beddings smelled good. The breakfast was delicious and the view of the lake from the balcony was great. The free wifi was fast and there was an electric kettle and cable TV in the room. We also appreciated the provision to hang our clothes outside our room and the table and benches outside for eating. the facilities and amenities were perfect for our young holiday goers' needs.

The night guard was also helpful and ensured our safety when we went out at night. The food was great and the server was friendly. They were on time and provided coffee, water, and fruits. The hotel is also very pet-friendly, our dog loved it there. The location is accessible, as it is located at the end of Sta. The hotel has a view of Taal lake and there is a Glass Museum nearby.

The hotel facilities were great, including the working aircon in my budget room. The hotel's location on a hillside provided a stunning view of the nearby Taal Lake and volcano. Additionally, being just a block away from Museum Orlina was a convenient perk.

Nothing, it was perfect!

During my Christmas stay, I liked that the hotel had very friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to assist and make my stay comfortable. I also enjoyed the good breakfast that was served. It was a great way to start the day. Additionally, the clean rooms and nice sitting area outside were definitely a plus.

The location of the hotel was not ideal for me during my stay. It was far from the center and there weren't many restaurants in the neighborhood.
