We stayed in a big dorm with good Wi-Fi. The hostel had a relaxing atmosphere and great food at the restaurant. The live music during dinner was a nice touch. The location was convenient, being closer to Sibulan Port than other accommodations in the area.

The room was small and lacked enough space to unpack our bags. the shower drain was poorly placed, being closer to the toilet and sink than the actual shower itself.

The location was ideal for exploring nearby islands. The food served in their restaurant was delicious. Definitely exceeded my expectations for a quiet weekend getaway.

The rooms, though small, were incredibly comfortable. The location was quiet and residential, but still easily accessible to the main attractions with a tricycle ride. The hostel's simple yet appealing theme added to its charm. it was a cozy and budget-friendly option for my stay.

We had a great time staying at this unique hostel. the rustic vibe and spacious rooms made for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere in the yard was wonderful for meeting new people. the location was perfect - quiet, yet still within walking distance of the city center and easily accessible to the downtown, airport, and seaport. the motorbike rental was a bonus, and the restaurant offered delicious and healthy food options, including vegetarian and vegan choices. a top hostel!

flying fish hostel was a hidden gem in dumaguete city. the rustic design, chill music, and cozy spots made it the perfect place to relax. the staff, especially fretzie and nathan, were incredibly helpful and friendly. extended my stay because i didn't want to leave!

Lighting was dim, making it difficult to get ready or pack.

The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The showers had good water pressure and were clean, and the towels were freshly laundered. The staff provided excellent customer service, making our stay enjoyable. The hostel's location near the airport was convenient, and they even organized transportation for us. we highly recommend staying here!

The bunk beds lacked privacy curtains, but aside from that, we felt snug and had no reason to complain.

Great location to explore the area. The hostel had a unique and pleasing aesthetic vibe. The rooms were simple but comfortable. The common area was well set up. The AC in the room worked perfectly and the hot & cold water were available for free.

Although we had a few minor inconveniences, like having to switch rooms when extending our stay and not being able to check into the new room early, overall our experience at the hostel was positive. The staff could have been more accommodating and informative, but the vibe and decor of the hostel made up for it.
