We had an excellent experience staying at a resort near a private school we toured. The location was outside of the cities, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The room was bigger than expected, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The service staff were friendly, polite, and attentive to our needs. We also enjoyed the delicious food served at the resort. The view of the surrounding landscapes was amazing, especially the breathtaking Metro Manila skyline. The resort had various facilities, including a spa and pool area, which added to our overall enjoyment.

There were some issues with the bathroom, such as a clogged sink and a dark and old floor.

The resort offers a short drive from the city, spacious and clean rooms with a minibar, high-quality bed and pillows, good-sized bathroom, and strong wifi signal throughout. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The infinity pool is amazing with 2 kiddie pools, billiard table, massive chess set, and a gym available. The atmosphere is relaxed and not crowded even on weekends.

We loved the friendly and accommodating staff, especially MC at the front office. The views and pools were fantastic. The food was delicious and the rooms were modern with great views of Metro Manila. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The gym was huge and well-equipped, although it could get a bit warm. The swimming pools were enjoyable, especially the large one with warm water. The basketball court was well-maintained and reasonably priced for renting. We also liked that we could try wall climbing for free.

Felt like VIPs, nothing was too much trouble.

The freebies that come with the stay were a lifesaver. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the shuttle service around the area. the hotel is situated in a great spot, surrounded by picturesque views that made for the perfect backdrop for vacation snaps.

Sadly, our holidays weren't as perfect as we hoped. Although the hotel location was fantastic, it was difficult to overlook the tardiness during check-in and the wait for our luggage.

I had a fantastic stay at Timberland Highlands Resort. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and my child could walk barefoot without getting dirty feet. The bed, pillows, and comforter were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. The resort had plenty of areas for leisurely strolls and photo opportunities, and the view of the downtown city was breathtaking. The staff members I encountered were all polite and courteous, making my stay even more enjoyable. The food at the resort's restaurant was delicious, with generous portions that were reasonably priced. Despite the storm the previous night, the resort still provided a lovely experience, although the kiddie pools were temporarily closed. I am already planning to come back to Timberland Highlands Resort for another amazing stay.

There were a couple of minor inconveniences during my stay. The check-in process took longer than expected, as we arrived slightly early and had to wait until 3:30PM to be checked in.

This hotel is a great value for money! The staff was very attentive and friendly. We loved the location, as it was outside of the city but still near the metro. The rooms were on the same floor, with a view of the city, and had all the amenities we needed. Plus, breakfast was amazing and had a good selection of food.

All in all, this hotel was perfect and we had a great time.
