The location was excellent with malls and attractions nearby. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was tasty. enjoyed my stay and would return next time.

The location of this hotel is awesome, just around the corner from Robinson's mall. You can find everything you need there. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service. The rooms are large, very comfortable and have all the basic amenities that one might need. The breakfast that is included is very tasty, definitely a great value for money.

The breakfast was fantastic and included a variety of options. the location was very convenient and close to shopping and universities. the spacious rooms were a great value for the price and we especially enjoyed the comfortable beds.

The pool area could have been a little cleaner and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed at times. However, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives and we would still highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Tropicana Suites. The rooms were spacious and perfect for our big family. The kitchen facility with cooking equipment and chinaware was a great added bonus. The location, within walking distance to Robinsons Manila, was very convenient. The staff, especially Janelle from reception, provided outstanding service. it was a very pleasant stay and Tropicana Suites is definitely our first choice of hotel in Manila. I highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at Tropicana Suites for a few weeks and it was an excellent experience. The hotel staff were super nice and even gave me a free upgrade upon arrival. The suite was spacious and had a fully-equipped kitchen, making it so convenient for my extended stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and they even provided daily housekeeping with complimentary bottles of water. The rooftop terrace, though a little hard to find, was a hidden gem with a great view and a smoking area. Being just a short walk away from Robinson Malate Mall was a big plus, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep.
