our recent stay at Tsai Hotel And Residences was quite pleasant. The location was convenient as it was within walking distance to JY Mall and there were food stalls nearby. The rooms were clean and the rates were affordable. The guards were helpful and courteous. We experienced a minor inconvenience with the slow Wi-Fi, but it didn't hinder our enjoyment of the stay. The comfortable beds and good balcony added to our comfort. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.

Wi-Fi was decent, 24-hour front desk made me feel important, plus free parking! Visiting Ayala Center and SM City Cebu was so convenient, and I even got to explore some parks. Who needs a tour guide when the hotel has it all?

The location was perfect for my stay, as it was near everything I needed. There were plenty of food establishments nearby, ranging from upscale to local joints. It wasn't too close to the center of the city, which provided a quieter atmosphere. The hotel was conveniently located near IT Park and SM Mall, making it easy to get around with a taxi or Uber. The accessibility to public buses for airport transfers was also a bonus.

The water pressure in the shower was poor, resulting in limited hot water.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Cebu. the beds were amazingly comfortable, and the room was spacious with high ceilings. We loved the added amenities like the kettle, free coffee, and free water bottles. the staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We also appreciated the reliable wifi for when we needed to work. We would definitely book again in the future.
