Couldn't stay longer

I recently stayed at U Hotels in Makati for a business trip. My stay was for three nights and I found the experience to be exceptional. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, particularly Jinkey at reception who made me feel welcome and answered all my queries. The room on the seventh floor was clean and comfortable with a spacious, modern bathroom. The hotel itself had a stylish and arty ambiance, with beautiful paintings displayed throughout. Although there was no wardrobe in the room, a stand sufficed for hanging clothes. The location was convenient and I will definitely choose U Hotels again for my next visit, extending my stay. The location of this hotel was perfect for me as it was conveniently close to both the airport and the Greenhills Shopping Center. I also loved the modern decor of the room, it was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel also had a nice cafe downstairs and there was a laundry mat across the street, which was a great convenience.

The staff at the property were very kind, polite, and considerate. They were generous and kind, providing us with ice filled buckets for free and delivering it to our room. They also cleaned the room while we were inside, and let us borrow an iron. The room was beautiful, modern, and spacious. The location was quiet and peaceful. the staff were very polite and helpful.

Christmas at the hotel was nice because of the free hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby. the location is great as it’s close to shopping and restaurants. the staff were friendly and accommodating, which is a plus.
