The French pastries from nearby bakeries were divine! I also enjoyed the clean kitchen despite its size and the lovely lobby ambiance. A convenience store just around the corner made snacking easy.

Landed on Monday to find the pool and gym were closed for cleaning, which was a bummer since I was only there for two days. I even had a shirt lost in laundry—seems it's headed to Singapore! Also, was told late checkout wasn't possible, even with available rooms. Overall, I'd rate it a 4.

Big ups to the staff, so friendly and helpful! The room was massive and the bed, flipping comfy, mate. Loved the location, so many great food spots nearby.

Only downside was the WiFi—kinda slow at times, but it wasn't like I was working, just chilling!

The location is convenient for city exploration.

Unfortunately, my stay was not pleasant. The air conditioning was broken, and despite numerous requests, I couldn’t get a replacement remote control until late in the day. Additionally, the room had issues such as a strong odor and barely functional bathroom facilities, which added to my discomfort. Overall, I expected more from my visit to Valero Grand Suites.

We enjoyed the spacious two-bedroom suite, which had a modern design and clean facilities. The stunning views of the city skyline from the large windows were a highlight. The friendly staff, especially at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

However, the breakfast buffet was a little chaotic, with long waits for a table and slow food replenishment. The pool area felt small, and I noticed it could be risky for small children due to its steep structure.

Location's perfect in the heart of Makati! Easy access to restaurants and cab services when I needed to hit the malls. Room was good for the price and staff were chill and welcoming!

Everything was fantastic.
