The staff was incredible, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the food was delicious, and we felt like royalty with the feast they prepared for us every night. the location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and all its attractions.

There were a few bugs, but that's to be expected in a tropical climate. the breakfast could use a little more variety, and the rooms could be better lit on the lower floors.

The room we were assigned required climbing many flights of stairs, which became tiring after a long day of activities. Furthermore, the internet service in the room was limited, and we had to remind the staff to clean our room on multiple occasions.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying. I had a fantastic experience at Vela Terraces and would highly recommend it.

This hotel is a great value for money. The location up the hill provides amazing views of the bay & mountains. Rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The breakfast spread was amazing & delicious.

The hotel has serious issues with plumbing, specifically the shower pressure and the hot water. the wifi only worked on the second floor and was very slow.

The breakfast buffet was a bit limited in options, but still sufficient to fuel up for the day ahead. The omelette station, manned by a delightful Filipino lady, made up for it by preparing delicious omelettes according to our preferences.
